Job Description:
Perform day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions

Assist with customer billings and invoicing

Assist in Goods and Services Tax (GST) reporting

Handle monthly bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD)

Requirements:
Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI, CAT, or an equivalent qualification

Relevant working experience in accounting is preferred; candidates with 0–2 years of experience welcome

Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel)

Familiarity with the Navision accounting system is an advantage (not a mandatory requirement)

Meticulous, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong willingness to learn

Pleasant disposition with a positive working attitude

Able to start immediately or within a short notice period preferred

• Willing to work at Gul Circle
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.15am – 5.30pm (5 days work)
