岗位职责
Cleanroom & Equipment Operations
Safely handle, inspect and clean delicate quartz and mechanical components using automated washing equipment in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Perform cleaning and handling activities carefully to prevent contamination, damage or quality issues.
Follow applicable cleanroom procedures and equipment operating requirements.
Inventory & Logistics Management
Receive, unpack and verify incoming parts against purchase orders, delivery documents and relevant records.
Maintain proper identification and handling of components throughout the receiving and storage process.
Prepare, kit and issue parts accurately to engineering teams based on approved requirements.
Support inventory movement and logistics activities within the cleanroom and warehouse areas.
Repair & Return Management
Coordinate the shipment of parts requiring external repair or servicing.
Prepare and maintain Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) documentation where applicable.
Track repair status, turnaround times and returned components, and follow up with external service providers as required.
Data & Inventory Records
Update ERP/WMS systems promptly and accurately for stock receipts, movements, repairs, returns and scrap transactions.
Maintain accurate and complete digital records to support inventory traceability and operational reporting.
Safety & Compliance
Comply with applicable cleanroom protocols, chemical handling procedures and workplace safety requirements.
Use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow established safety procedures when handling chemicals, equipment and components.
Maintain good housekeeping and support a safe, clean and organised work environment.
