Smart Reader Worldwide runs Malaysia's largest network of child enrichment centres, with 200+ locations nationwide and a growing international presence. We believe great education shapes brighter futures, and great operations make that possible.

We're looking for an Operations Executive to keep our centres running smoothly day to day.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations across centres and support services
• Coordinate schedules, monitor workflows and solve operational issues as they come up
• Work with internal teams and external partners
• Track performance, prepare regular reports for management and spot areas to improve
• Roll out SOPs and help plan new operational initiatives
• Keep records organised and support policy compliance

What we're looking for

• Experience in operations or admin, ideally in education or a service industry
• Strong communicator who works well with people at every level
• Comfortable with data: you can read the numbers and turn them into decisions
• Organised, detail oriented and steady under multiple priorities
• Confident with spreadsheets, presentation tools and management platforms
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field preferred
• Able to work on site and travel between centres
