Job Description

Develop, execute, and manage digital campaigns (WhatsApp, email, social media, display advertising).
Create, maintain and update website and social media content calendars in alignment with branding guidelines and quality standards.
Track and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against KPIs (ROI, engagement, conversion).
Follow documented marketing processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Maintain proper records of campaign approvals, revisions, and performance evaluations to meet documentation control requirements.
Ensure safe work practices in digital marketing activities, including the use of equipment (e.g., computers, cameras, lighting).
Ensure marketing content complies with relevant industry regulations, copyright laws, and company policies.
Identify and communicate any digital security or reputational risks arising from online marketing activities.
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Logistic, Quality & HSE, Admin) to ensure alignment in campaigns.

Requirements: Education & Experience

Skills & Competencies

Familiar with posting regularly on social media platforms and updating online storefronts.
Basic knowledge in online marketing / e-commerce is a plus.
Basic skills in Canva, Capcut, or similar tools for visual and video content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Awareness of occupational safety practices in a digital/office environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
