Yell Research 简介

Yell Research is a software development house specialising in the development of business solutions that manage large-scale structured and unstructured data.

We are uniquely setup to build software solutions which solve interesting problems for large global enterprises. Our Malaysian engineers work hand-in-hand with our consultants in an international environment.

We are not a traditional organisation, as such we are able to offer significant flexibility in your work environment. While we run an office in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur, our team members can choose to work from home or in the office or split the time between office and home. We are focusing on outcomes and work practices that enable us to achieve our goals. Our work practices have evolved and refined for this purpose.

This provides great flexibility and at the same time requires discipline. Your ability to demonstrate adapting to this working environment is critical. As such, prior experience in working remotely and/or from home is highly desirable.

We have Standup meeting every day and our engineers and consultants talk to each other throughout the day. We provide all the tools and methodologies to support this practice.

We are looking for engineers with a positive attitude towards learning and working with new technologies; and owning technical outcomes in a transparent and collegiate environment. In turn, we are committed to investing in you through training and mentoring you to work with our modern technology stacks and frameworks.
