Working at WSP Preschool has been a meaningful journey of growth and self-discovery. During my time here, I graduated with a UK Diploma in Early Childhood Education and completed a Professional Diploma in Data-Driven Coaching under Akademi Dalam Industri. These achievements strengthened my knowledge, skills, and confidence as an educator. My experience goes beyond group teaching. Through one-to-one language coaching, I deepened my understanding of differentiated instruction and strengthened my belief that every child learns uniquely. I have also implemented Project-Based Learning, guiding children through hands-on projects that spark curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving. Beyond teaching, I have organized key school events, building my leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. With KP2026 changes this year, I am inspired to keep improving and creating meaningful learning experiences for every child.

I began my journey at Yelaoshr in 2023 as a teacher, later progressing to Team Leader (TL), and now serving as a Center Manager (CM) in the preschool. Throughout this time, I have earned several certificates of accomplishment that reflect both my personal growth and my strong commitment to continuous learning. At Yelaoshr, learning never truly stops. No matter how experienced a teacher may be, there is always something new to discover and develop while working here. This culture of ongoing growth has greatly benefited not only me, but also my team. I have never been alone on this journey, as Yelaoshr provides a strong and supportive environment where the team selflessly guides and encourages my professional development. I am truly grateful to be part of an institution that continuously nurtures and advances my career while I serve within it.

I joined YELAOSHR in 2024 as a teacher, driven by my passion for early childhood education. What started as a classroom role quickly became a journey of growth and continuous learning. Over time, I was given opportunities to step into new roles — as a Team Leader, Trainer, and later part of the Research & Development (R&D) team. Each position allowed me to develop leadership skills, gain new perspectives, and contribute to programme and curriculum development behind the scenes. What I value most about YELAOSHR is its strong commitment to professional growth. I was encouraged to upgrade myself and even given opportunities to attend government courses that strengthened my knowledge and confidence. YELAOSHR is more than a workplace — it is a supportive environment where growth is trusted, effort is recognised, and people are developed with purpose.

My journey with YelaoShr® is a little different from most. Officially, I’ve been working full-time as a Digital Marketing Executive since December 2024, but my story began much earlier. In 2018, I joined as an intern in the Materials Department for three months. I returned in 2019 to support the Marketing team during my semester break, and again in 2022 as a Digital Marketing intern. Over the years, I’ve also photographed events, campaigns, and special moments across different centres, gaining insight into how the organisation operates behind the scenes. What makes this journey unique is that I’ve known the founders — and even the next generation behind the YelaoShr® logo — since kindergarten. I witnessed the growth from a humble home tuition setting to a thriving education group. Working here has been meaningful, especially with supportive colleagues and a manager who truly cares about the team.
