Recruitment & Onboarding: Proficiency in sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and managing the end-to-end induction process for new hires.
Policy Implementation: Understanding of local labor laws to ensure company policies, employee handbooks, and contracts remain compliant.
Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for staff queries, managing conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Tracking attendance, and managing employee insurance or leave entitlements and Calculating Allowance.
Office Management: Overseeing facility maintenance, managing vendor relationships (utilities, cleaning, repairs), and supervising office supplies procurement.
Document Control: Maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems for sensitive employee records and company legal documents.
Executive Support: Scheduling high-level meetings, managing travel arrangements, and preparing agendas or minutes.
Invoicing: Responsible for preparing and submitting IRB-compliant invoices.
