We are a growing Construction & Renovation Company that having projects at local and outstation. Due to our expanding programme, we are now seeking for suitable candidates for the following position:-
 

Quantity Surveyor
Selangor - Kajang Utama
 
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to measure quantity of works, contract administration. (Pre & Post contract administration)
• Evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission & BQ, cost estimation, procurement support, follow up project progress and handle claims/payment for the projects.
• To assist the Senior Quatity Surveyor in liaisons with Supplier, Sub-contractor and other parties as required for accomplishment of project.
• Assist in all aspect of administration works.
• An Independent, reliable, hardworking and communicate well with all levels of employees
• Ability to work under tight schedules and possess team working spirit.

Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years (Senior) and 1-2 years (Junior) working experience in post contract quantity surveying, taking off & cost control in construction works.
• Familiar with computer application such as MS Word, Excel, Project, etc.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• Meticulous and possess positive working attitudes.
• Able to work under pressure to meet the deadline.
• Preferably posses own transport
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
