BORNEO REGAL SDN BHD was incorporated on 1st June 2003, doing metal roofing manufacturing business.With growth of business, in the year of 2009, we opened our first branch, BORNEO RELIABLE SDN BHD at Megah Light Industrial Estate, Sandakan.Products manufactured by Borneo Regal Sdn Bhd has been marketed under brand name of B-Dek, Bona-Tile, B-Lok, C-Purlin and Batten.

On April 2021, Borneo Regal Sdn Bhd acquired Yang Aktif Engineering Sdn Bhd – factory of manufacturing wiremesh,chain-link ,barbed wire and some of the steel product with SIRIM. In the same year, YANG AKTIF MARKETING SDN BHD is established for supply of steel products as manufactured by Borneo Regal Sdn Bhd.

Borneo Regal Sdn Bhd also act as a trading company in small and big hardware building materials such as Plywoods, GI Corrugated zinc sheets, High Tensile / Mild Steel Bars, GI/ Black Pipes, Cement, HDPE Water Tank, Septic Tank,Cement Boards(UAC/PRIMA),Iron Nails, Wall/ Floor Tiles (NIRO,WHITE HORSE),Power Tools/hand tools (MAKITA,STANLEY,DEWALT,HITACHI/HIKOKI etc),safety equipments and many others.
