Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in HR and administrative functions.
Experience in payroll processing including payroll software and recruitment is an added advantage.
Good understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Basic understanding of corporate compliance and licensing processes.
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge or experience in handling HRDF and CIDB training coordination.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit processes.
Maintain and update employee records including contracts, appraisals, and disciplinary documentation while safeguarding confidentiality.
Address employee grievances and conduct domestic inquiries in line with Malaysian Employment Act and company policies.
Coordinate corporate licensing renewals and registrations such as MOF, CIDB, TNB, and LHDN.
Manage renewal of CIDB Green Cards and Technician registrations for all relevant staff.
Organize and manage employee training programs (including HRDF and CIDB) for both local and foreign staff.
Monitor time attendance and leave management systems, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with HR policies.
Liaise with Finance for monthly payroll processing, claims, and HR budgeting.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and properly implemented across the organization.
Provide administrative support to various departments and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management as and when required.
