The working hours at this company are manageable and do not cause stress for employees. I have learned a lot of new things here, such as using accounting software like Autocount. The management is also very good, with a kind and understanding boss and a team-oriented group of coworkers. It is easy to communicate and work together to find solutions to any problems that arise. The most challenging aspect of the job is dealing with incorrect client payments, which can be difficult to investigate. The most enjoyable part of the job is when my income calculations for the company are accurate and completed on time every month.
