V.K.K Diversified Holdings Sdn Bhd 简介

V.K.K. Diversified Holdings Sendirian Berhad or formally known as V.K.K. Textiles Sendirian Berhad on 26th September 1983 and changed to its current name on 13th March 2001. The name change came from the diversified businesses that it is running currently through in Malaysia. There are assets or buildings under the company, which is being given out on lease. V.K.K. Diversified Holdings is actually an offshoot entity from another parent company, V.K. Kalyana Sundram Sendirian Berhad, which first started its businesses in the early 1940s when it began trading in textiles and oil plantations in Perak before branching to major cities Pulau Pinang and Kuala Lumpur. The authorized share capital is RM 10million and paid up is RM 9.5million, which is divided among the Directors.

 

The primary business is the hotel named Katel Hotel. K hotel is a 9-storey hotel building with a basement located within the city of Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. Six of the nine floors of the property are presently being operated as a hotel whilst the remaining three floors are partly tenanted to 5 separate tenants.

 

It has direct frontage to and access from the west side of unnamed medalled road which runs parallel and alongside Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman at a short distance south of the busy traffic lights-controlled intersection made by this road and Jalan Dang Wangi.

The immediate neighborhood of the property is one of the busiest and most important shopping precincts within the city. It comprises in the main rows of two and three storey pre war shop houses interspersed at random with modern multistoried commercial buildings, hotels, restaurants and fast food outlets.
