Vert Concept is the parent for the support group of companies which provide sustainable solutions to the most challenging building industry energy problems. Green to us is contrary to that defined by Green Building Index, Green Mark, LEED, Penarafan Hijau or even Green Pass. Our passion for sustainability drove us to great lengths to identify products which provides great lifecycle value. We strive to provide affordable solutions and products to the most challenging civil, environmental, climate and energy problems of our time. We provide consulting services for our products  in person and on our website as most sustainable products are technical in nature with no expectation of purchase. It is this dedication to the engineering design that sets us apart from other counterparts. Our team is experienced with most green building ratings and is experienced in taking on the immense challenges that matter to our clients and, often, to the world. We believe that If not us, then who? If not now, then when will we solve the problems of our world.

We are a collection of multidisciplinary professionals with a passion for sustainability and that sustainability should not only be available to the affluent. Most importantly of them all we make non conventional norm.

 

Advisory

We provide advisory services on strategies, planning, structuring, due diligence, modeling, feasibility study and market analysis to companies and individuals on CIVIL AND ELECTRICAL design and specification pertaining to clean and energy efficiency. We have provided renewable energy advisory services in aspects of photovoltaic and wind turbine system design. We offer VISUAL AND LIGHTING design and specification, GBI and GreenRE facilitation services as well as provide technical guidelines on the proper use of green products. Our staff is also a certified pump, steam system optimizer and EnMS by UNIDO. 

Our corporate social responsibility advisory work assists NGOs and civil society organizations in the application for UNDP-GEF small grants programmme.

Trading

Our commitment to bring forth affordable solutions makes us open to working with companies and individuals to constantly bring forth products of a sustainable nature to the market place. While we are currently distributors for Azelite LED lights, Callotec LED lights, Hotel Collection Organic linen products, Coolnomix, Sealcool coating,  resellers for Third Wave Power and Goal Zero . We also customise lighting products to meet the unique demands of any interested party.

Performance contracting

We offer financing services similar to that of an Energy Service Company (ESCO) for lighting systems that we design, develop and install. We take on all the technical and performance risks and most importantly provide financing services to manage a group of efficiency projects from beginning to end. The savings from reduced electricity bills are used to cover the entire cost of the projects, and any surplus savings are allocated between a building owner and our companies as agreed in a contract
