Prepare and issue Quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Requisitions (PR), Delivery Orders (DO), and Sales Invoices.
Perform Goods Receiving and process Supplier Invoices.
Record and post sales transactions into the accounting system.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
Review and verify monthly subcontractor claims.
Prepare full set of accounts including:
- Profit & Loss Statement
- Balance Sheet
- Trial Balance
- Management Reports
Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and support during audits.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Provide administrative support to the Finance and Accounts team as needed.
Prepare monthly closing stock reports for internal review.
Compare actual expenses with budgeted amounts and generate financial analysis reports.
Assist in various cost accounting functions as assigned.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or other ERP systems).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
