I learned a great deal from the technical engineers about troubleshooting machines and conducting quality control. The chief engineer occasionally took me to various locations near KL to give me a firsthand experience of working as an engineer at Utas Maju. Additionally, members of the application team would provide me with insights into their sales techniques with customers on certain days.
