"Account refers to a record of financial transactions and balances held by an individual or organization."

On a daily basis, I am responsible for managing accounts, paying for services, purchasing assets for lecturer and student use, and coordinating lecturer and student field work. The majority of our payments are made using Purchase Orders, which must be evaluated by the USM Bursary department. It is my duty to ensure that all payments are processed accurately. Additionally, I serve as the conference secretariat for our annual conference, a role I have held for the past four years. I am also responsible for handling official letters and paperwork. With frequent field work trips for lecturers and students, I am tasked with preparing all necessary paperwork, as well as arranging hotel and transportation bookings.
