I suggest that anyone consider applying to work here because the work-life balance is excellent. I have gained valuable experience in the administration department at this university. The management is working hard to improve the quality as the university is still relatively new, and the workplace culture is fantastic. Despite our diverse backgrounds in terms of race, religion, and state of origin, we are able to collaborate effectively and work together harmoniously. As an intern, I particularly enjoy working in the Academics Affairs and Registry department because of our strong teamwork and communication.

The management team is predominantly made up of locals from Sibu, leading to a lack of diversity in thinking. On the other hand, the academic staff is a diverse mix of individuals from various locations, fostering an open and innovative atmosphere.
