Drive tyre sales in Johor, grow your client base and maximize your earnings with base salary, car, phone & onboarding allowances, plus uncapped commission

Ideal for candidates with 3+ years of sales experience who are results driven and competitive.

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive business growth by marketing and selling Tyrestore’s range of tyres.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities based on customer needs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships founded on trust.
Collect outstanding payments from customers promptly.
Coordinate with Admin/Finance on invoicing, credit notes and purchase discrepancies.
Provide regular market and customer feedback during team discussions and sales meetings.
Achieve sales targets set with the Head of Sales.

Salary: RM3,500 – RM5,500 (base + commission included), with potential to earn more depending on sales performance

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the tyre or automotive industry.
Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Strong negotiation and deal closing abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
