TQS Konsult PLT is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Construction Cost Consultant. We provide all quantity surveying services including feasibility studies, budgetary estimate, cost planning, cost analysis of alternative design, value engineering, tenderer prequalification, tender document & BQ preparation, tender evaluation exercises, price negotiation, contract documentation, cost monitoring, valuations, final account and etc.
