Started off in modesty, a breakthrough in 2015 has seen TRR built a team of 320 negotiators amassing total annual Gross Development Value of RM618million.

Since then, the company has averaged steady growth of 30%-50% GDV year on year, from 320 negotiators to 3,800 negotiators as of today.

Founded by Group Managing Director of The Roof Realty Dato' Nicholas Yap, and principal Mr Tan Kok Leong, the company is registered under Real Estate Agency License E(3)1462.

TRR is actively engaged in a complete range of real estate services - inclusive of primary and secondary market, residential, commercial & industrial properties across all market segment.
