Job Title: Site Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects on site, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

Fresh Grads which has a a Diploma/Degree in Building Management may choose to Apply also.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or interior design industry.
Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of overseeing successful projects from start to finish.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make decisions under pressure.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents.
Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other project management software.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
