As the Group's management services arm, Texchem Corporation provides corporate services support, management consultancy and property management activities to the Group. These include financial management, tax and corporate planning, investor and public relations, human resource management, total quality management, corporate secretarial and legal services, information technology services and the evaluation of special projects such as mergers and acquisitions. Staffed by specialist professionals, Texchem Corporation helps to ensure high standards of corporate governance throughout the Group.

 

Since its inception in 1980, Texchem Corporation's venture capital and business incubation activities have successfully led the Group's expansion into a conglomerate of 36 companies in diverse businesses in Malaysia and across ASIAN regions.
