As the Project Regional Controller for a Telecommunication Project, we oversee operations on a regional level for a 3-year contract that may be renewed upon reaching the contract limit or earlier. We hold weekly meetings to plan schedules based on available resources for each region. One challenge we face is when the project workload exceeds the number of resources available, requiring us to negotiate with the customer to potentially delay work. The most difficult part is convincing the customer without revealing the actual constraints. However, it is rewarding when we complete work ahead of schedule and meet the customer's "Ready For Service" requirements.
