My day revolves around translating what happens on the factory floor into stories our customers can connect with. I work closely with production and sales teams to showcase PU panel quality, applications, and projects through content, social media, and campaigns. Whether it’s capturing a new production run or highlighting how our panels are used in real installations, I enjoy turning technical processes into clear, engaging messages that reflect who we are as a company

As part of the HR team, my day is split between the shop floor and the office. I spend time connecting with production staff, understanding their challenges, and making sure they have the support and training they need. From onboarding new operators on the PU panel line to coordinating safety initiatives, my role helps keep both people and processes running smoothly. What I enjoy most is building strong relationships across departments and knowing that a motivated workforce directly impacts the quality of what we produce.
