"Lessons acquired"

At this company, we utilize systems such as SQL to manage the financial operations of five companies, four of which are based in Malaysia and one in Singapore. On a daily basis, I am responsible for inputting office receipts into the system, issuing cheques, preparing payment vouchers for suppliers, processing staff claims, creating credit notes for sales rebates, and calculating margins for subcontractors. Additionally, I conduct weekly meetings with the sales team to address any potential bad debts and then prepare an aging report.
