Responsibilities

Own and manage the CEO’s professional and personal calendars — aligning time with the most impactful opportunities.
Prioritize meetings, manage prep logistics, follow up on action items, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Serve as the CEO’s gatekeeper, ensuring only high-value opportunities reach her attention.
Manage communications: triage emails, draft responses, and ensure alignment with stakeholders across ASEAN and global partners.
Partner with the CEO on strategic projects, speaking engagements, and high-level events (regional and international).
Lead business and personal travel planning — with contingencies, detailed itineraries, and zero details missed.
Support in investor relations, board preparation, and project documentation.
Manage household/personal logistics (when needed) with the same polish as business operations.
Be available during high-intensity weeks — early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends, as required by the CEO’s schedule.
Step in wherever needed with a proactive, problem-solving mindset — personal or professional.
