The tasks I perform at work are manageable and the working environment is comfortable. The staff is helpful and supportive. My daily responsibilities include ensuring timely registration of car units, preparing delivery documents for customers, updating payments to headquarters weekly, and submitting vehicle registration cards and VOCs monthly. The most challenging aspect of my job is ensuring timely updates to headquarters and accurately managing VOC numbers. I also handle insurance issues for customers, including NCD, named drivers, and windscreen coverage. Additionally, I submit purchase orders to headquarters via email and by mail. The most satisfying part of my job is successfully completing tasks for customers. I have learned from past mistakes and strive to improve and work diligently on every task.
