During my five-month industrial training at Sunway Carnival Mall, I had a valuable and engaging experience. One of my tasks involved contacting suppliers for vendor registration and updating statements of account in Excel. I also assisted with daily cash summary processes, including preparing billing statements and official receipts for tenants, depositing cheques on behalf of tenants, and reconciling transactions using the DCS system. I interacted with suppliers professionally and maintained a friendly demeanor. Additionally, I was responsible for calculating car park revenue accurately.
