vacancy sales person / store supervisor / outbound supervisor

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Salesperson to join our team at Success Communication Cellular, an authorised Maxis dealer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Maxis Postpaid, Prepaid, Fibre and device packages.

• Attend to customers and provide professional product recommendations.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Handle new line, port-in and device bundle applications.

• Follow up with customers and ensure all required documents are completed.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain good customer relationships.

• Participate in store promotions, campaigns and daily sales activities.

• Follow company SOPs and Maxis dealer requirements.

• Maintain store cleanliness and product displays.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.

• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an advantage.

• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.

• Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets.

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays according to the store schedule.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
