Sterling Insurance Brokers (Sterling) was established in 1977. Sterling is a bumiputra owned company licensed to operate and transact insurance broking business in Malaysia under Bank Negara of Malaysia and Ministry of Finance with a paid up capital of RM1.8Million.

Sterling has been involved in the insurance industry for almost fourty years and has developed the professional respect and goodwill of the insurance industry particularly so amongst the international players in the power generation, oil and gas and also large and specialized industry.

 

Over the years, our team of professionals has dealt with various insurance programs in our various capacities. Currently we are appointed broker for a number of Independent Power Producers (IPP) in Malaysia as well as on one of the largest independent oil and gas exploration corporation amongst others.

 

The Sterling’s edge is very much on its wide engineering and large infrastructure capabilities. This is evident through our experience of handling various large engineering based portfolios.
