The Stamford Asia Group is a business entity headquartered in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. It comprises the following companies: Stamford Asia Creative Sdn Bhd, Ungguh Holdings Sdn Bhd, its subsidiaries EN General Holdings Sdn Bhd, FG Asia Solution Sdn Bhd, Mont Caliente Sdn Bhd, Samajaya Subur Sdn Bhd, Hungry Project Sdn Bhd, Property Genie Sdn Bhd , The Light Concept Bar Sdn Bhd,The Light Concept Bar II Sdn Bhd, and The Wave Entertainment brand, and Stamford Asia Creative Pte Ltd.

Since its founding in 2012, the Group has been actively involved primarily in Investment Activities. The Group ventured into Property Investment via Mont Caliente Sdn Bhd, IT and Technology via Nixser Technology Sdn Bhd, IT Solutions and E Commerce via EN General Holdings Sdn Bhd, Entertainment and Retail via brands such as The Light Bar and The Wave Entertainment . The group also diversified its investments into equities and properties via Stamford Asia Creative Sdn Bhd and Ungguh Holdings Sdn Bhd.

Stamford Asia Creative Pte Ltd is the Group’s international business division to manage overseas investments.
