A high-energy work environment that may not be ideal for those who tend to complain. The management is both fair and compassionate, with working hours from 8-4. I have improved as a teacher and gained valuable knowledge that has helped me progress. The management is strict yet fair, and the workplace culture emphasizes working hard while also enjoying oneself. Overcoming bad habits was a challenge, but staff parties were a highlight. The management ensures that we are always well-informed about our tasks.
