Sports Planet began its services in late 2002, responding to a need for good futsal venues, services and facilities in Malaysia. As the number of futsal enthusiasts grew, so did our determination to offer the Ultimate Futsal Experience via specific emphasis on facilities & services at an affordable price, as well as the experience one takes home after every futsal game. Today, Sports Planet is the leading and largest futsal venue provider and brand in Malaysia. In total, there are 5 Sports Planet venues nationwide. Our venues cover a total of 3 states, having 60 pitches including 4 International size, FIFA approved Futsal pitches.

August 2004 also marked a significant landmark in this history Sports Planet. Sports Planet was officially registered as a Franchisor with the Registrar of Franchises under the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development (Kementerian Pembangunan Usahawan). Of the current 11 venues in Malaysia, 7 of these venues are franchise venue.

Sports Planet emphasizes continuous improvements of facilities and services (excellent pitch conditions, facilities, security, booking systems, membership privileges, strategic partnerships and promotions, etc). With 5 venues nationwide in our network, we also offer facilities to companies seeking to capture a massive audience and following through futsal tournaments or promotional road shows via a singular central contact.
