OUR ORIGIN
Sphinx Resources began with informal Recruiting support to Product & Technology Development Organizations in the Hardware/RF/ASIC Design, Engineering Design/Simulation & IT domains/sectors .
Though we have now evolved as a professional & resourceful provider of quality manpower in a wide gamut of skills/sectors/industry domains, our CORE strength & Focus STILL remains oriented towards Technology companies, in more sectors than when we began.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Taj Sateesh M
CEO
Prior to establishing Sphinx Resources, his experience included hard-core, hands-on experience in the fields of Embedded & Electronics Hardware Design, IT, Weapons & Warfare Equipment Design, Energy, Engineering Design, Manufacturing, Project/Program Management and HR—both technology-related & managerial/functional areas.

Such an effective mix and grounding has helped the Organization to EXCLUSIVELY  FOCUS on High-end Technologies, understand the client needs better, take-up recruiting challenges of new technology areas without much ado & participate in career counselling of candidates across generations.

 

At the professional level, Taj Sateesh is actively involved as a Senior Member of CiteHR, a Professional HR Forum, advising HR professionals on a wide-ranging gamut of real-time HR topics/situations/issues.

What we believe in
The primary belief that drives the team at Sphinx Resources emanates from the fact of human psychology that Competency can be developed/learnt, but the core human values of honesty/probity & concern for 'others' need to be embedded & ingrained--without which howsoever competent the individual, it's only a matter of 'WHEN' rather than 'if' that individual will falter & effect self, family, Organization & quite often the society.
We carry this trait of Empathy & understanding others' point of view & interest in all our interaction--with Candidates, Clients & Business partners. And we always hope this trait is reciprocated.

Sphinx Resources also endeavors to remain a socially-responsible Corporate entity to return back to society by contributing a part of all revenues towards CSR {Corporate Social Responsibility} Initiatives regularly—predominantly to benefit children & the aged, the two phases of human existence when external support is more of a "NEED" than a "WANT".
