Key Responsibilities:

Intern in Finance and Banking:

Perform market research to discover and analyze potential target segments.
Assist in the conceptualization and design of product marketing materials.
Engage in training sessions to gain knowledge of financial products, industry regulations, and effective sales strategies.
Support the resolution of customer inquiries, handle claim processing, and address concerns related to current policies.
Assist with administrative duties and various ad-hoc tasks.

Intern in HR:

Drafted and posted job advertisements on social media platforms and recruitment portals.
Screened resumes and conducted preliminary candidate assessments.
Contacted candidates via phone and WhatsApp to arrange interviews.
Coordinated interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates.
Assisted in interview sessions and prepared candidate evaluation reports.
Maintained candidate database and conducted regular follow-ups with potential hires.
Participated in recruitment events such as campus hiring and on-site visits to universities for potential candidates.

Requirements:

Required language(s): Mandarin(preferred) and English
Candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
Interns are welcome and also welcome fresh graduates minimum SPM or above
Able to work independently or as a team

What We Offer:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Student job

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
