As a Project Manager in the Engineering Department, no two days are ever the same, and that's what makes the job exciting! From planning projects and coordinating with different teams to solving challenges on-site, there's always something new to learn. One of my favorites parts about working at Solar Sunyield is the teamwork. Everyone is supportive, easy to work with, and always ready to help whenever needed. We work hard, but we also enjoy the journey together. Seeing a solar project go from an idea to a completed installation is incredibly satisfying. Knowing that our work helps customers save on electricity bills while contributing to a greener future makes every project worthwhile.
