What You'll Do:

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CNC machines with accuracy and efficiency
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize workflow
Perform routine equipment maintenance and ensure safe work practices

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience operating CNC machinery (1+ years preferred)
Strong understanding of machining principles
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
A commitment to precision and continuous improvement
