Sime Darby Global Services Centre Sdn. Bhd. (GSC) was set up to serve as a global platform for growth and transformation through centralisation of transactional F&A, HR & IT functions. GSC was initiated June 2009 as a shared service centre servicing Sime Darby Group of companies.

Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (OTC), Record to Report (R2R), Consolidation & Reporting

Centralised Human Resources Functions:

Data Management, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR Reporting

Centralised Information Technology Functions:

Application Services, Infrastructure Services, Onsite Support

Service Management Functions:

Digital Mailing Room (Outsourced), Procurement & P Card, Account Management,Administration Support
