I had a great time working with the team at Sibu Island Resort. I worked closely with my head chef and had a lot of fun collaborating with him. During the busy peak season, it was important to have a strong mentality to handle the pressure of freezing weather, limited time to prepare buffet items, and deadlines for office work.
