I have gained knowledge in management and communication skills while enjoying my job, although I have had to work overtime frequently. The leader is supportive and the work environment is peaceful, allowing people to perform their tasks effectively. The boss provides time for breaks and meals during free time, creating a positive atmosphere for work. Overtime is allowed and the pharmacist is willing to teach us if we are unsure about something. There are many opportunities for learning in this job.
