The company's Asian business is currently centered in KL servicing clients in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines with its core business revolving around a high volume of data processing, telemarketing, customer retention, and strategic marketing programmes for its clients.

We are looking for the following positions.

Requirements:

The condidate must have great communication skills over the phone and be fluent in English and Mandarin. Fluency in Malay is also an advantage

Able to manage inbound and outbound customer service calls to customers.

Liaise with the company's clients in relation to customer service

Prepare contact papers

Be mature, resourceful, tactful and diplomatic

Self-motivated and possess good organisational skills

Computer literacy is essential, especially in Microsoft Office
