Seng Heng Precision Tools Sdn.Bhd. has been incorporated in year 1988 and it had been consists of Seng Heng Engineering Works and Vseng Steel Enterprise. Seng Heng Engineering Works was established in the year 1984 and 13 years later Vseng Steel Enterprise was established in the year 1997.
