Semarak Jayasama Sdn Bhd, a contruction and property development company based in sungai Petani. The principal activities of the company is a housing developer, our development project are mainly in the Northern region particularly in Kedah State. The Company is currently engaged in the housing development at several location at Kedah State, namely :-

i) Taman Desarena Indah Phase ii at Kuala Kedah;

ii) Lot 58, Daerah Sik
