The standard working hours are from 8.30am to 5.30pm, but the work environment is conducive and encourages engineers to brainstorm ideas with guidance from senior staff. My main focus in this company has been delving deeper into instrumentation, which has been a valuable learning experience. Management values skill improvement and encourages staff to attend training sessions of their choice. Colleagues are supportive and foster a strong team spirit, always willing to help junior staff with their professional development. The most challenging aspect of the job is meeting project deadlines, as unexpected issues can arise during project execution. The most rewarding part of the job is successfully completing a project within budget constraints.
