ABOUT THE RK GROUP The RK Group of Companies is a local Property Group that has property development as its core business. Its business interests also spans into Construction Management as well as Management Services, specifically into Retail and Hospitality management. The RK Group’s business operates with interests both in the Central and the Northern Region. Currently, the Group is undertaking projects valued over RM1 Billion collectively in both regions comprised of mixed, commercial, retail and hospitality development. Being a Property Group that’s still fairly new to the industry, the Group has strategic plans to be positioned as a Top 20 property company to be reckoned with by year 2020 within the Malaysian property industry. The Group is confidently poised to move towards that direction and ready to implement its business strategies to that end from the quarter of 2012 onwards. The Group currently has 2 projects that are ready to launch with a steady growth path for projects for it to undertake in the short and long term as the Group aggressively moves forwards with its corporate plans. SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE Requirements:- • Degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA or its equivalent • Minimum 5 years’ experience • Some experience in property or construction industry will be an advantage • Independent, analytical and willing to work in a team • Competent in IFCA software, UBS & Excel • Good communication skills, courteous with pleasant personality • Self-motivator & highly responsible • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese
