RIVERSIDE TRAVEL & TOURS® was established in 2008 by a dynamic group of young entrepreneurs on a mission to transform the way people travel from and to Malaysia. We are a social enterprise, supporting local charity centers to increase opportunities for children in rural areas, and offering job opportunities to people from vulnerable backgrounds. In 2012, we started an initiative to develop and promote responsible and sustainable tourism to Lembah Bujang, North Malaysia. RIVERSIDE TRAVEL & TOURS® connects parties in the area to preserve Lembah Bujang's natural and cultural treasures. To make sure the community and visitors can enjoy this beautiful area now and in the future, we started several programs local sustainability programs, focusing on voluntourism. Our nature conservation and community support efforts have gained us nationwide recognition and support. We received the MAGIC social enterprise award 2016, were part of the National Blue Ocean Strategy VIP program. In 2017 , Lembah Bujang area received National Geopark title and looking forward to get International Geopark recognition by UNESCO .
