Rica Marketing Sdn. Bhd. 简介

Established in 1980, Rica Marketing Sdn. Bhd. set its mark as a key distributing agent for electroplating, phosphating and other metal treatment chemicals. In 1983, a technical tie-up with a German company led Rica to begin manufacturing a comprehensive range of electroplating and phosphating chemicals in Malaysia. Rica now undertakes turnkey projects for the supply of electroplating equipment and chemicals, together with know-how transfer.

Headquartered at its Bukit Angkat factory stretching across 8,500 square metres, Rica imposes strict quality control at every stage – from production to inspection of finished products and delivery. This unwavering commitment to quality led Rica to be bestowed the prestigious ISO 9002:1994 Award for Quality Management System for the manufacturing and trading of electroplating chemicals in the year 2000 and later the ISO 9001:2008 in 2009. Rica's transition to ISO 9001:2015 was successfully achieved in 2018.

Over the years, Rica has expanded its domestic footprint to two branches – namely, Rica Penang and Rica Johor Bahru – and even one across the border in Shanghai, China. At present, its paid-up capital stands at USD600,000 while its annual sales turnover amounts to USD5,000,000.

Today, Rica is a wholly-owned chemical solutions provider with over 30 employees under the leadership of directors Mr S.H. Chia and Mr E.H. Cheah who embody the company’s mission to ensure total customer satisfaction and nurture continuous improvement in quality.
