We are company specialising in outsource/insource call center activities. We are in the business of business process outsourcing (BPO) specifically in the outsource and insource of call center services. Resource Entity Sdn. Bhd, as a company was founded in 2002 and for the past 13 years we have been contracted by Astro to provide insource outbound and inbound call center services at Astro call centre in Jalan Tandang, Petaling Jaya, as well as, direct sales activities.
