RenalWorks Pte Ltd is the developer and owner of a dialysis electronic health record (‘EHR’) software called RIMS. The Company’s experience goes back to 2014 with the development of an integrated software for RenalTeam, a South East Asia dialysis provider and an associated company of RenalWorks.

RIMS is a fully-featured and integrated EHR with patient health information, prescriptions, clinical notes, medications and laboratory records. Billing and inventory modules in the software expanded its use to key administrative functions. To date, RIMS has recorded in excess of 400,00 treatments and 3 million records.

A significant software and hardware milestone was achieved in 2020 with the successful deployment of the mobile adapter. A mobile adapter is a touchscreen device that integrates weighing scales and dialysis machines with RIMS, enhancing clinical workflows and patient care by having treatment information, medical schedules, prescriptions and doctor notes within an arm’s length reach at the point of care.
