I have completed a nearly 5-month internship at the company, where I gained valuable experience and knowledge. During my time there, I was involved in troubleshooting machines, attending breakdowns, testing and commissioning, as well as filing paperwork for BER. The management at the company was also excellent, and the work environment was positive.

Effective collaboration among team members is essential. Employees are granted two days off each week, on Saturday and Sunday, to recharge. Working with that company has been a valuable experience as I have gained a lot of knowledge about medical devices. I have learned how to troubleshoot and repair issues such as broken electronic components in the devices. The company has provided clear and systematic procedures to follow for the work. Communication with users has also improved during my time there. The most challenging aspect of the job is repairing critical medical devices promptly. However, the most satisfying part is successfully troubleshooting, repairing, and delivering the devices to the users for their use.
